Oversight. You open the same patient record, read what they logged, and see pain, flare-ups and the team. You do not rewrite the live program from this seat.
Watch adherence, pain and who else is on the care team. The clinic decides whether you view that program or whether you are the person who changes it.

Control of the live program. You can change exercises, doses and progression. Clinics give this seat to the person who is running rehab day to day.
You can keep reusable programs, such as a joint-replacement plan. The treating clinician starts from that template and adjusts it for the person in front of them.
Open the patient and see the sessions they logged, pain, flare-ups, goals, and the names on the care team. The patient sees that team too. You only see people you are linked to. Another clinic's list is not yours.
The treating clinician can capture in the consult, on the clinic computer or from a phone in the room. That file sits on the exercise. When you review the program, you are looking at the same instructions the patient is following at home.
Progression rules change the dose when pain stays in the range you agreed. High pain shows on the review. Optional pain alerts can notify the clinic. The person with the assign seat changes the live program. A view seat watches those changes.
We can walk a real home program, from the notes to the record you would review.
