FOR CLINICIANS

The program, the capture, and the caseload.

Build a home exercise program from your notes, record the exercise in the consult, and see who is in pain, who is logging, and who is progressing.

HEP EXTRACTOR

Paste your notes. Confirm the program.

Pinnacles matches each line to an exercise and keeps your cues. You review anything it could not match, including by adding the exercise yourself. Click through a short example.

Start from the notes you already write.

Type or paste the shorthand you use in the consult. Doses and cues stay attached to the line.

IN-CLINIC CAPTURE

Photos and video from the consult, on the program.

Capture in the room. The file attaches to that exercise for the patient to follow at home. Photos and video are separate: up to four photos, or one video, on each exercise.

The draft is open on the clinic computer.

The exercise is already on the program. It can take up to four photos, or one video, for that exercise.

PROGRESSION

Progressions that read like a sentence.

Set the rule in plain language, for example after calm sessions, add reps up to a ceiling. Each step shows the exact dose the patient will see. You can turn progression off for an exercise.

CASELOAD

Pain, flare-ups and goals on one list.

The patient list sorts by who logged, pain, and who is progressing. High pain and flare-ups are visible on the program review. Outcome measures feed the goals you set, and the patient sees progress rather than a raw score. Pain alerts are optional. The clinic turns them on.

Patients log at home. Gym is optional.

They join from a link, a QR code in the clinic, or an invite code. If they also use Pinnacles Gym, the home program can sit beside their training. You see their gym history only if they share it. A surgeon on the care team can watch the same record.
